Pest and Termites Inspection
The inspector checks for signs of past and present infestations, and we offer treatments for termites, carpenter bees and carpenter ants.

Radon Gas Measurements
The Surgeon General warns that this naturally occurring, colorless, odorless, radioactive gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer. We are PA DEP certified.

Septic Dye
This test ensures that on-sight sewage treatment systems (septic tanks, sand mounds, leach fields, etc.) are performing properly. Fluorescent dye is poured into drains with 200+ gallons of water. Grounds and leach fields are checked for signs of fluorescent dye which would indicate system problems.

Water Supply
In order to determine whether the water meets microbiological requirements for safe drinking set by the Pennsylvania DEP, samples are collected and then analyzed. We also offer FHA/HUD required water tests for lead, nitrates & bacteria.

Well Flow
The tests determine if the well/spring is capable of producing an adequate amount of water for normal usage. Water is run continuously for twenty minutes while measuring volume. The well/spring is then turned off for twenty minutes. This cycle is continued for
two hours. The flow per minute is calculated at the beginning and end of this procedure.

Mold Test
Includes two aerosols and one swab.
